ONLINE PURCHASES
Returns
If you need to return your item, please follow the steps below to do this:
– The item must be returned to the store within 14 days of receipt of delivery. If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped 14 days after the delivery we will not process refunds or store credit. We cannot guarantee return of the item so we strongly encourage you to please send it via tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.
– All return items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags still in place. Underwear is non-refundable for reasons of safety and hygiene.
– We do not provide free return shipping labels. Shipping fees are non-returnable.

DELIVERY
Once the item leaves out premises, we cannot control the length of time it takes to get to you. In general if you order before 1pm Monday – Thursday it will take 1/2 days delivery time in Ireland and 2/3 days Northern Ireland. Deliveries overseas can take slightly longer.
Refunds
We will refund your payment within 3-5 days of receiving your item. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 10 days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.
General Policies
We want your online purchases to be a pleasant and hassle free experience. If you are unsure of an item as regards sizing or styling before you purchase online, please do not hesitate to contact our staff using any of our contact methods beforehand and they will be able to help you in advance of a purchase.
Cancelled Orders by Us
Occasionally due to stock issues we may have to cancel items within your order because we are unable to fulfil them. In this case we will contact you and refund the amount of the item purchased and shipping cost.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Exchange or credit note offered within 14 days of purchase with valid receipt & tags on. No refunds available. No returns on sale items.
Gift card & credit notes valid for 12 months from date of issue.
